CARTERA was founded with the purpose to create sustainable energy solutions by providing state of the art engineering solutions. These engineering solutions are based upon 40 years of experience both on the engineering, procurement and construction of power stations and water treatment installations. All this knowledge and experience is now put together in this new company and offered unconditionally to the benefit of local communities and companies to creating energy in a reliable, affordable and sustainable way.

CATERA is the abbreviation of the Latin words CAella, TERra and Aqua which stand for the sky, the land and the water forming together our planet earth. The blue color on top of our logo represents the sky, the green color represents the land, the bottom darker blue color represents the water and all three of them the brandlogo and the letter C of Catera.
